Each piece will be made within the same style, but will have a unique wood grain.

Depending on your purchase, it can take between 10-15 working days to complete your order.

To save space in our showroom, as standard policy we do not offer an option to collect your purchase in store. However, we will allow in-store collections upon special request. To make this request, email info@thewoodmongers.com.

Yes. We deliver anywhere in the world.

Within the Western Cape, there will be no delivery charge. However, there will be delivery charges for areas outside of the Western Cape.

Each wood has its own care instructions which you would have received as a set of printed instructions upon delivery. You can also find these instructions on our Wood care advice page

No cancellations are allowed after the order has been placed. Should you like to request a refund, you can email info@thewoodmongers.co.za. If your request is approved and you have provided our accounts department with confirmation of bank details, the refund will be processed. You should allow between 2-4 business days for the funds to reflect.

Yes, we do provide the option to create custom pieces. To enquire about this, please email info@thewoodmongers.com

We will require 50% of the payment when you place the order. The remaining 50% is payable before delivery.
